Job summary

Banner Health in Tucson, Arizona is seeking a Surgical Oncology Division Manager to oversee the administrative, operational, and strategic support of the Surgical Oncology Division. You will provide high‑level administrative support to division faculty, manage clinical schedules, and lead multidisciplinary program activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare related field or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years’ experience in healthcare operational/financial management, quality improvement, risk assessment, change management, and project/standardization work at multiple facilities.
Strong ability to create and communicate a detailed program plan to stakeholders and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Provide supervisory/management duties for residents, fellows, and administrative staff.
Develop and maintain relationships with program directors, staff, and residents/fellows; ensure high customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily workflow and staffing for ACGME programs and Banner tools.
