Job summary

Qualifications

• NP program completed with CA RN licensure as NP or CNM.
• PA pathway with CA Board certification and licensure.
• Current healthcare provider BLS (and RQI) credentials.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients to obtain medical histories and performs examinations.
• Orders diagnostic tests; diagnoses and prescribes treatment.
• Performs screenings and procedures (audiometry, breast/pelvic exams, Pap smears, tonometry).
• Educates patients about common medical and psychosocial conditions.
• Manages care for diverse patient ages with supervision from a physician.
