Job summary

Responsibilities include medical evaluation, treatment, counseling, and referrals, with involvement in diagnosis, therapeutic remediation, surgical assistance, and medication prescription. The role includes participating in patient satisfaction, quality, and performance improvement

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board-certified in a relevant advanced practice role.
• Excellent clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills.
• Proven ability to document accurately in EMR and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families.
• Perform physical examinations and update medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with other providers and institutions.
