Qualifications

• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Ability to order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Clinical decision making with supervision/collaboration as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, counsel, and educate patients and families.
• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; respond to results.
• Develop and implement patient management plans.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals and institutions.
• Provide care via St. Luke's virtual care platform when appropriate.
• Maintain continuing medical education and participate in education for students and residents.
• Contribute to clinical guidelines development and quality improvement.
