Job summary

CaroMont Surgical Associates in Gastonia, NC, near Charlotte, is seeking an experienced, board-certified Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for a night-opportunity in general surgery. The role supports inpatient and outpatient services with no on-call duties, primarily 7pm–7am, rotating every other week in a busy practice of surgeons and APPs.

The position is employed with a competitive compensation package, generous benefits, productivity-based bonus potential, PTO, and a transition allowance.

Qualifications

• Experienced APRN or PA-C with board certification.
• Night shift experience preferred in surgical settings.
• Coverage for inpatient/outpatient surgery with no call responsibilities.

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced, Board Certified Advanced Practice Provider to join a busy, established surgical practice in Gastonia, NC (North Carolina), located just minutes from Charlotte, one of the fastest growing cities in the country. CaroMont Surgical Associates consists of nine (9) Surgeons and ten (10) APPs. Responsibilities include inpatient/outpatient coverage with no call responsibilities. Hours will be 7p-7a, Monday – Sunday, every other week.
