Job summary

CaroMont Family Medicine – Stanley is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our primary care team of one MD, two APPs, and one LCSW. This full-time outpatient role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or four 10-hour shifts in a supportive practice.

The practice serves a growing Medicare population and provides comprehensive onsite diagnostics, including lab services and digital X-ray, within the CaroMont Health network.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Board Certified FNP or PA-C.
• Active North Carolina medical license and DEA registration, with ability and willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
• BLS/ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging.
• Deliver patient education regarding individualized treatment plans, chronic disease management, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health record documentation utilizing EPIC.
