Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Surgical Materials Management Specialist for the Operating Room. The role supports patient-centered care by managing supply inventory, charge capture, and cost containment for OR cases.

You will handle CPT/HCPCS coding, maintain KanBan systems, and work with vendors to ensure accurate billing and timely supply delivery. 40 hours/week, day shift, full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years in a health care setting preferred.
• Proficient with CPT and HCPCS coding.
• Strong inventory management and vendor relations.
• Able to work with various software applications and spreadsheet databases.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50-100 lbs occasionally and 25-50 lbs frequently.
