Job summary

Saint Luke's South in Overland Park is accepting applications for a Materials Associate Procedural. The role supports hospital operations by managing inventory, processing MMIS transactions, and replenishing supplies to sustain optimal surgical and procedural workflows.

Qualifications

• Inventory management experience preferred.
• Some computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical supplies or previous stock room experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform efficiently in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Orders, tracks, stocks, audits, and delivers materials and equipment throughout the hospital.
• Performs MMIS receiving transactions using handheld/iPad and desktop applications.
• Complete replenishment of par locations through par replenishment methods.
• Requisitions commodity/central store supplies.
• Participate in stock put away and inventory location organization.
• Address order issues, miss picks, shortages and substitutions as required.
• Pull procedure carts and pick sheets for surgeries.
• Assist in supply chain projects and physical inventory activities.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization and regulatory compliance of inventory locations.
• Clean/disinfect equipment and carts; may operate motorized pallet jacks.
