Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a dedicated supply chain professional to manage ordering, receiving, replenishment and inventory control across multiple locations. You will optimize inventory value, track expirations, manage recalls, returns, and perform cycle counts while coordinating with operations, procurement, logistics and clinical staff.
The role requires clear written and verbal communication, collaboration with department managers and a Monday–Friday day shift (7:30am–4:00pm).
Job Description Performs supply chain functions such as ordering, receiving, and replenishing supplies.
Maintains control of inventory functions consisting of managing expiration dates, actions related to recalls, return shipments and cycle counting.
Responsible for establishing an ongoing optimization of inventory values for numerous inventory locations.
Facilitates integrated processes with internal and external customers such as operations, procurement, logistics, distributor, service providers and clinical staff.
Responsible for oversight of multiple facilities and departments.
Acts as a direct liaison between department managers and Materials Management.
Interacts with manager and director level staff.
Responsible for providing clear and concise written and verbal communication and issue resolution.
Shift: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
