Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessments and high-intensity interventions.
• Monitors equipment and interprets cardiac rhythms and other monitors.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Documents care accurately and maintains patient safety.
• Collaborates with physicians and the nursing team to plan and manage patient care.
• Provides compassionate, family-centered care and serves as a patient advocate.

Education

Graduate of an approved school of nursing

Florida RN license

BLS certification

ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC as required
