• Monitors and interprets patient data and devices, including cardiac rhythms and ventilators.
• Communicates with health care teams to plan and manage patient care.
• Documents care in a compliant, timely, and accurate manner.
• Delegates tasks appropriately and maintains patient safety.
• Maintains regular, punctual attendance and compliance with policies.
