Responsibilities

• Care for patients as delegated by the registered nurse and assist with activities of daily living.
• Record vital signs and measurements (height, weight, oxygen saturation).
• Report unusual observations to the nurse or charge nurse.
• Collect specimens and monitor intake and output.
• Assist with meals and room service setup.
• Provide safety and infection control adherence.
• Assist with orientation of new Nursing Assistant colleagues.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision as directed.
