Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s) indicated below in the Certifications, Licenses and Registrations section
• One-year experience as an LVN preferred
• LVN license in Texas with PSV within 75 days and BLS certification (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care under supervision
