Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for rapid changes in condition.
• Manage complex life-support therapies, including ventilators and intravenous infusions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to support safe, effective treatment.
• Respond promptly to clinical deterioration and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Educate patients and families and provide clear communication and support.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold patient safety, infection prevention, and safety and compliance standards.
