St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Critical Care Tech to support patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will assist with direct and indirect patient care, manage supplies, and help with medical records and daily tasks.

The role requires relevant certifications or experience as a Critical Care Tech, CNA, or medical assistant, and emphasizes strong interpersonal skills for empathetic patient interaction within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EMT certificate and IV therapy certification (EMTA/EMTI) or Paramedic certificate preferred.
• Experience as Critical Care Tech, CNA, or medical assistant is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with RN and Physician about patient observations to assist treatment.
• Perform technical tasks (IV insertion, splinting, wound care) per RN/Physician guidance.
• Document tasks and observations accurately in the patient record.
• Maintain patient charts and confidentiality to meet legal standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient and family goals are met.
