• Licensure as a registered nurse in the United States.
• Experience managing critically ill cardiovascular and post‑operative cardiac patients.
• Proficiency with invasive hemodynamic monitoring and mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Independently manages a panel of Veterans with acute and chronic conditions.
• Develops individualized plans to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Orders, interprets labs and diagnostic studies; coordinates referrals.
• Provides education to patients and families and acts as a liaison.
