Job summary

Be Guided Dental Lab is seeking a detail-oriented Case Success Coordinator to bridge the lab bench and clinical chair. You will collaborate with doctors on case planning and perform hands-on fabrication of surgical guides and study models.

You will coordinate the full lifecycle of cases, from initial setup to processing of guides, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and hands-on experience in dental or clinical lab settings.
• Experience working in a dental laboratory, surgical lab, or clinical support role.
• Familiarity with surgical guides, implant models, or prosthetic fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical case setup and doctor consultations for surgical guide cases.
• Conduct case review meetings with referring doctors to discuss treatment plans and design parameters.
• Document case notes, approvals, and revision requests in the case management system.
• Fabricate, adjust, and finish surgical guides and study models per case specs.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including 3D printers, model trimmers, and lab tools.
