Qualifications

• Experience as Surgical First Assistant or similar perioperative role.
• Current CST/Surgical Tech certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs first assisting role under direct supervision of surgeon.
• Assists with room setup and teardown to support patient flow.
• Assists with wound exposure using retraction techniques and applies dressings.
