OSMC Outpatient Surgery Center in Granger, IN is seeking a Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) with strong attention to detail to join our team. The CSFA will assist in exposure, hemostasis, and closure, supporting the surgeon to deliver safe operations and optimal outcomes.

The position offers full-time on-site work with options for PRN shifts; candidates may work three 10-hour days or pick up shifts Monday through Friday. BLS certification is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a Surgical Technologist program.
• Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist program.
• BLS Certification required to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance in exposure, hemostasis, closure and other intraoperative technical functions to help the surgeon achieve a safe operation with optimal patient results.
• Perform preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care.
• Perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
