Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
4–6 years nursing experience with operating room competence.
RN licensed in Florida or eligible compact state at hire.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required at hire.
CPAN, CPCN or CAPA within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

Ensures staff competency and compliance with policy and safety goals.
Plans and coordinates educational training for staff and students.
Maintains in-service, education, and competency records.
Collaborates with leadership to align practice with standards.
Directs innovative improvements in patient care and education.
