Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Develops and communicates a plan of care with patient/family.
• Implements medical plan of care and nursing interventions as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures quality care.
• Maintains supplies and equipment for the department.
