Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or master’s degree (MEd, MHPE, EdD, MS, or equivalent) in education or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative research.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation in health professions education.
• Strong track record of mentorship and scholarly productivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and operational oversight of the educational mission.
• Partner with program directors and division chiefs to develop a nationally recognized education program.
