Job summary
Gundersen Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the 24-bed Surgical & Digestive Care Unit in Wisconsin. The 0.8 FTE role involves rotating 8‑hour day and PM shifts, with every other weekend and holiday coverage, supporting a diverse surgical and digestive patient population.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply.
- Surgical, digestive care, or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to surgical patients and those requiring digestive care.
- Care for patients across a range of acuity, including IMC patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, social workers, dietitians, CNAs, and RNs.
- Monitor patients post-surgery, manage monitoring and timely interventions.
- Deliver comprehensive, patient- and family-centered care.
