The role focuses on providing product expertise in operating rooms, building surgeon relationships, and driving growth across the healthcare landscape in the New York/New Jersey region.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years in medical device sales, with strong communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Associate level: 0-2 years of sales experience (medical or related industry preferred).
• Representative level: 1-3 years of sales experience in medical devices (orthopedic preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in fast-paced clinical environments, including ORs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support and product expertise in operating rooms and clinical settings.
• Cultivate strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare teams.
• Drive sales growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
• Manage account needs, post-sale support, and product education.
