Be Guided Dental Lab in Downers Grove, IL seeks a detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician to join our surgical guide and model fabrication team. This hands-on role focuses on design, 3D printing, fabrication, and final adjustments of surgical guides and models.

The technician will fabricate and refine guides and study models, adjust based on doctor feedback, and operate lab equipment such as 3D printers and trimmers. Strong communication with doctors and precise, multi‑case handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental laboratory, surgical lab, or clinical support.
• Surgical guides, implant models, or prosthetic fabrication familiarity.
• Strong interpersonal and case presentation skills to doctors.
• Hands-on technical aptitude and problem solving in a lab setting.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, adjust, and finish surgical guides and study models per specifications.
• Modify models based on doctor feedback or design changes.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including 3D printers and grinders.
• Maintain organized inventory of lab materials and supplies.
• Keep the lab clean and perform other assigned duties.
