Qualifications

• Minimum: one year experience in a medical office or clinic performing general clerical duties (data entry, typing, customer relations, filing, surgery coordination).
• OR six months experience in the same department as a Clinic Registration Rep II or III.

Responsibilities

• Register and book patient appointments with accuracy under supervision.
• Support scheduling procedures and clinic operations to maximize block utilization.
• Provide routine patient access support to ensure efficient operations and satisfaction.
