The Clinic Patient Coordinator position is designed to be a point of contact for patients both inside and outside the clinic setting. The Coordinator will accurately collect and analyze all required demographic, insurance, financial and clinical data elements necessary to register and book patient appointments under close supervision, support coordination of scheduling procedures, support clinic with maintaining and monitoring all surgery schedules to maximize block utilization. The Incumbent is responsible for the provision of routine patient access activity to facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and optimal consumer satisfaction and to promote teamwork.
