Qualifications

• Current Ohio APRN license or Ohio PA license.
• If APRN, must obtain and maintain National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANP).
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to prescribing.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Lead advanced assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
