Job summary

The role requires a Doctor of Medicine or DO degree, plus Basic Life Support certification. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range ($35.81–$46.55) based on experience and operating room needs.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Certification from the ABSA or ASA preferred.
• Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years

Description

This position must meet all qualifications set by BHS. This person assists the operating surgeon, working interdependently and only under his/her direction and is accountable for all actions to the operating surgeon. Assists with direct patient care under the direct supervision of surgeon. Direct supervision means within the OR Suite. Estimated pay range for this position is $35.81 - $46.55 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees:

• Doctor of Medicine / DO.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Basic Life Support.

Additional Qualifications

• Medical Doctor degree from an approved medical school or equivalent (Required).
• Certification from the American Board of Surgical Assistants or Association of Surgical Assistants (Preferred).
