Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami is seeking an OR Technical Assistant 1 to supervise and coordinate OR support activities, including patient transport and environmental services. The role supports the Registered Nurse and the surgical team to maintain a safe, efficient operating room environment.

A High School diploma or GED and BLS certification are required, with at least 1 year of Surgical Support Technician experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work full time hours Monday-Friday during the first 90-day orientation period prior to starting role on the weekends
• Minimum 1 year previous Surgical Support Technician experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification holder is required.
• High School or GED credential required.

• Estimated pay range for this position is $16.77 - $19.66 / hour depending on experience.
