Paradigm Oral Surgery is hiring an Oral Surgeon Surgical Assistant in Lawton, OK. You will aid surgeons with precision during procedures, handle preoperative tasks, and maintain sterile environments to ensure smooth operations.

You will document patient care, obtain radiographs, monitor patient status, and participate in discussions with surgeons while growing in a dynamic surgical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS Certification (or within 1 month of hire).
• Excellent teamwork and independent problem solving.
• Strong attention to safety and detail, vigilance and meticulousness.

Required Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
• Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial.
• DAANCE certification is desirable.
• Licensed dental assistant status is preferred.
• Radiology certification is a plus.
