Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required for licensure as NP or PA.
• Current Rhode Island licensure as a CRNP or PA is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as integral member of the surgical service in outpatient and inpatient transitions, conducting history and physicals, ordering labs, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans.
• Perform minor procedures and assist with surgeries per institutional protocols.
• Educate nurses, medical students, and NP/PA students; serve as preceptor and liaison to other health care providers.
