Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking a Surgical Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for per-diem coverage. You will assist surgical teams, manage postoperative and non-operative patients, and perform bedside procedures as a first assistant in the operating room.

The role requires MA/NP/PA licensure, surgical experience with first-assist, and DEA, BLS, ACLS; EPIC proficiency preferred. Per diem schedules offer flexibility while supporting high-quality patient care and teamwork.

Join Winchester Hospital as a skilled and experienced NP or PA. You\'ll assist surgical physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Clinical experience in Surgical Services with first-assist ability.
• State and Federal DEA licensure.
• BLS and ACLS.
• Basic computer skills (EPIC preferred).

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a surgical specialty.
• Experience managing in house surgical patients.

Pay Range

$56.25 - $100.00

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
