Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health’s Winchester Hospital is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Operating Room team. As an independently licensed professional, you will partner with specialist physicians to coordinate and deliver high-quality surgical care in a busy environment.

This full-time role offers three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating days and nights, with a focus on direct inpatient care, bedside procedures, and first-assist in the OR, including robotic surgery.

Qualifications

• Master of Science of Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS) with focus in specialty field.
• Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner License required.
• Experience in Surgical Services and OR settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct inpatient surgical care in the operating room and on the floor.
• Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Perform bedside procedures and post-op management; include robotic surgery where applicable.
