Qualifications

• RN license in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five years from the initial date of hire; senior/exception cases considered.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• ACLS/NALS/PALS/TNCC/NRP certifications as required by the facility.
• One year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating.
• Deliver nursing care per nursing process; follow hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
