Trinity Health in Michigan is seeking a registered nurse to join our General Surgery team in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma Center. The role involves both scrub and circulating duties with on-call and weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN within five years of hire or transfer to RN role.

Responsibilities

• View patients holistically considering physical, psychosocial, emotional and cultural factors.
• Demonstrate assessment skills for identified patient populations.
• Apply critical thinking to gather and analyze patient information and respond appropriately.
• Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care using evidence-based practices.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams; document in EMR.
