Oakhurst Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled Surgery Veterinary Technician to join our surgical team at our modern facility in Ocean Township, NJ. This role offers the opportunity to assist veterinarians in advanced surgical procedures and to enhance your anesthesia skills in a collaborative environment.

We provide a flexible 4-day work schedule, competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $27, with potential for more based on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of surgery/anesthesia experience.
• Confidence with anesthesia monitoring.
• Interest and experience in dentistry and dental radiology.

Responsibilities

• Assist during surgical procedures and monitor patients under anesthesia.
• Perform dental cleanings and prepare patients for surgery.
• Support hospitalized surgical patients with postoperative care.
