Job summary

The Hawaii Permanente Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Cardiothoracic Surgery Department at the Kaiser Permanente Moanalua Medical Center in Honolulu, HI.

This role offers a full-spectrum cardiothoracic surgical practice within a 3 MD / 4 PA team and shared call, in a highly integrated health system. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master’s preferred, and NCCPA certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA program.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies is preferred.
• Active NCCPA.
• Cardiothoracic surgery experience required. Minimum 5 years or case log demonstrating competency in core surgical skills, if less than 5 years experience.
• Must commit to a full-time schedule for a minimum of 6 months.
