Job description

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a system in Houston to recruit a new Cardiothoracic Surgeon to their physician group in Sugarland. This is an excellent opportunity with one of the country's top-ranked systems.

Practice Details

1. Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years experience.
2. Provide comprehensive surgical care in the treatment of heart and thoracic diseases.
3. Collaborative multidisciplinary team.
4. Perform a wide range of cardiothoracic surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and thoracic surgeries.
5. Collaborate with cardiologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
6. Participate in the development of clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs.
7. Engage in patient education, ensuring clear communication about procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
8. Contribute to the education and mentorship of residents and medical students, if applicable.
9. Maintain an active role in community outreach and promoting Houston Methodist’s mission of unparalleled patient care.
10. Offering salary rates based on market standards with excellent benefits, including retirement plans.
