Aspirus St. Luke's in Duluth, MN is seeking a Surgery Technologist to join the Operating Rooms team. You will render skilled care during operative procedures under RN direction and help prepare for surgeries.

The role requires graduation from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent experience, and BLS certification. Part-time with 0.8 FTE (64 hours biweekly) and a $7,500 sign-on bonus are offered.

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited school of Surgical Technology OR equivalent experience.
• If graduate of surgical technology program, no experience required; OR if not, 5 years of experience.
• BLS Certification with designation (BLS Provider or Healthcare Provider) from AHA/ARC or Military Training Network.

Mansioni

• Provide technical skilled care to patients during operative procedures under RN direction.
• Prepare for surgical procedures and assist in evaluating the patient plan of care within the OR.
• Clean and turn over instruments, equipment and rooms for surgery; contribute to unit efficiency and safety.
