The Surgical & Sterile Services Manager is a mission‑critical leadership role responsible for the operational success of our surgical theaters across the Randall B. Terry Jr. Companion Animal Medical Center and the Equine and Farm Animal Veterinary Center. This role requires a sophisticated balance of administrative oversight, clinical expertise, and educational leadership. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and sterile processing specialists, ensuring the highest standards of care for both elective and complex, non‑elective procedures across a vast range of species.
Minimum Experience / Education: Bachelor’s degree and two years of general research experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
