Job Description Summary
The Surgery Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics of the surgery scheduling team and overseeing the utilization of department assigned operating room blocks. The role includes assigning workloads, managing staff, developing strategic initiatives to address OR utilization gaps, scheduling surgeries, communicating with patients, and coordinating with a subset of department surgeons.
