The CORE Institute is seeking a scheduling administrator to coordinate surgical appointments and related pre- and post-operative activities. This role requires clear communication with physicians, patients, and departments to maintain smooth scheduling and accurate records in the EMR.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of medical office scheduling or 1–2 years of administration or clinical experience (CNA/MA/EMT), preferably in orthopedics, and strong organizational skills.
Mustcommunicateprofessionallyand effectivelywith physicians, patients, andinternal departments
Familiarity with medical terminology,theinsurance authorization process, and EMR systems is preferable
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.
