Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited professional nursing program with Indiana RN licensure.
• Current BLS-Healthcare Provider certification within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to work day shift as needed and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day patient care in the Surgery unit.
• Document and administer treatments, medications, and orders.
• Assess, plan, prioritize, organize, and evaluate patient care.
• Communicate effectively using AIDET format with patients and staff.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
• Serve as a clinical resource to support daily tasks.
