Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical-surgical, ICU, or specialty nursing in acute care.
• Ability to lead mentorship and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a nursing mentorship model.
• Serve as a role model, leader, consultant, educator, and clinician.
• Collaborate with unit Educators, Preceptors, and Nursing Leadership.
