Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center – East Lexington in Lexington, KY seeks a Surgery RN Lead to oversee surgical services and provide direct patient care. You will assess patients, administer meds, guide nursing teams, and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff in a fast-paced setting.

As our Surgery RN Lead, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, often from specialized service lines like cardiac, orthopedic, or critical care, continuously building your education and experience.
Every day you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, adapting to rapidly changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
