Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
• Heavy Data Analytics experience, highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint presentations, and Visio, highly preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provides management support to leadership and coordinates with AVP of Bariatric and Endocrine Surgery.
• Supports leadership in achieving strategic goals and objectives for the health system.
• Develops and monitors project plans, schedules, cost analysis and communications.
• Acts as liaison between departments, committees and leaders; ensures timely completion.
