The manager will develop staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to achieve unit goals and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred (required within 3 years in position or effective date of job description).
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience.
• Current state registered nurse license.

Responsibilities
