Job description

All Medical Schools must be on the California Approved List.
All Residencies & Fellowships must be ACGME Approved.
No large malpractice issues.
Clean NPDB report.
Three professional references who have worked with the provider within the last 18 months.
Active Michigan license (IMLC accepted), DEA, and Cs3.
Case/patient logs for 24 Hematology patients within 12 months.
Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years.

Location: MyMichigan Medical Center - Midland
Schedule: Six months of full-time coverage, including:
- 2 OR days (Tuesday and Thursday)
- 2.5 clinic days (Monday, Wednesday, and half-day Friday morning or afternoon, no preference)
- 10 days of call rotation each month (specific dates to be provided later)
Inpatient rounding will be included.
Start date: 01/13/23
