Neurosurgeon Needed in Northeast Ohio

Health system is seeking an ABNS BE/BC general neurosurgeon to join a busy hospital-owned practice. The new neurosurgeon will join one other neurosurgeon and a team of experienced APPS who assist with office work and hospital rounds. Hospital and on-call obligations are limited to one hospital.

Practice Highlights

1. Well-established practice with a rapidly growing inpatient service case load
2. Case mix: 80% spine; 20% cranial
3. Block time available, supported by a dedicated neuro OR team
4. Technology includes O-arm with 2 Stealth workstations and operating microscopes
5. Strong referral base from employed medical group and community providers
6. Clinic co-located on hospital campus
7. Supported by experienced Advanced Practice Providers (inpatient and clinic)
8. Excellent Hospitalists and Intensivist support
9. Practice call ratio: 1:3
10. Busy Level 2 Trauma Emergency Department with approximately 70,000 visits per year
